How long can one wait?

Its been an year almost, but I still haven't heard the thing that I am expect to hear. Day-in and day-out, I continue to slog and do everything right, but don't get to hear what I desperately want to hear. What is causing the delay? Why does everything seem stationary??

When will I get my chance? How does one overcome this impatience or desparation?

Is anyone listening? Will I hear it this next minute........Oooh God, Please help me!!
